body + mind + spirit:
Spiritual Life of Kids Transformed By Global Organization

The future of this world rests in the hands of our children. One organization, Spirituality for Kids, has stepped up to transform the spiritual core of our youth to help assure that the decisions they make will be grounded in principles of compassion, well being, and an understanding how their spiritual life designs the world around them. Not a religious program, or derivative of any particular religion, the program teaches kids methods of how to better connect with themselves, their communities and the world.

The organization has offices worldwide, including the United States (New York City, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas with other cities in the plans), Europe (London), South America (Mexico and Panama), Africa (Malawi), as well as programs for creating peace in the middle east. They are currently expanding to connect with community organization to create "communities of change," and are working with at risk teens such as their program at Rikers Island.

SFK has one simple goal - to empower kids to see beyond their struggles and to see what is possible for them and for others in this world. Their testimonials of success range from everyday moms, to celebrities like Madonna, to medical experts. SFK is on a mission to help change our world, one child at a time.

Here is a video giving an inside view into the amazing work of SFK Worldwide. This video was produced in 2005, and only covers a small portion of the breadth of work that represents their current reach.
